I have been working in a BPO industry for 5 years already. I'm good at delivering the best customer experience. I'm exposed to dealing with different types of customers with different types of personalities. I always make sure that customer's issues get resolved in a timely manner. I have worked at JP Morgan Chase Bank as well as a senior service specialist so i know a lot about banking industry. I was once a financial adviser and i gave advice to clients so that they can handle their delinquent accounts properly. I speak and write english well, i majored english in college by the way. I'm willing to undergo any training that would help me enhance my skills. I can work part-time or full-time.
