• Installs, assembles, configures, repairs and maintains computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware.
• Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and application software.
• Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting
hardware and software, network and peripheral equipment problems, makes
repairs and corrections where required.
• Performs system backup and recovery.

utilized by the company.
• Ensures the stable operation of the in-house computer network. This includes
planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware and software. Analyzes and resolves end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Plans, coordinates, and implements network security measures.
• Manages servers, ensuring that servers have 100% uptime.
• Performs and monitors data security including schedule backup of files and
databases.
• Troubleshoots problems with networks, web services, mail services.
• Maintains a broad knowledge of operating systems, application software and
computer hardware.
• Monitors system logs and activity on all servers and devices.
• May lead or guide the work of other staff engaged in similar functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
