Profile Description

I am a Canadian born expatriate to the Philippines. I am a husband and father of 3 young children and have been living in the Philippines for the past 14 years.
I have been operating and managing a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) since 2003 and I have a lot of experience in everything that can be outsourced.
During those years I have managed teams of up to 50 agents doing most administrative tasks such as research, data management, customer support, customer retention, SEO, WordPress, social media and more.
I have a good knowledge of IT and can troubleshoot and repair most Internet or networking issues.
The past 18 months I have been the Operation Manager in an Australian Call Center specializing in finance. Due to financial difficulties the company had to down size and my position was abolished.
Prior to this position I was the president founder of a Call Center in Davao City where I hired and trained hundreds of agents working either on site or virtually.
I am available for partnership, managerial position or as a consultant.
I am extremely reliable, trustworthy and have a good understanding of the Philippines culture. I'm certain I could be a valuable asset to any companies looking to expand to the Philippines.
I also hold a Real Estate license from the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (No longer active).
