Profile Description

I've worked with one of the system providers of the biggest food chain group of companies in the Philippines.
I also worked with a local IT company that developed my expertise in handling various systems.
My job required me to have direct communication with the clients as well as with the company's whole management which developed my interpersonal skills.
As a quality assurance officer I gather system requirements and data from clients.
Then, I present the gathered data to the programmers and assist them in designing the system.
When the system is developed, it is my main job to conduct full testing of the application and confirming that all applications are operating as designed.
Deployment of the system to clients and conducting training of the users are also part of my job.
As a quality assurance officer I am obliged to handle client issues and concerns.
Also, it is part of my role to provide functional and technical support to clients.
My work experiences enhanced me to bring out my best in my field or expertise.
