Profile Description

As
a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, my primary responsibilities have included
executing Broker Price Opinion (BPO) tasks, conducting Current Market Analysis,
extracting comparable for Fair Market Value and Distressed Value.
 
I've
played a key role in facilitating BPO providers' registration with various
companies, coordinating assignments with photographers for property
inspections, and overseeing email and chat communications for the acceptance of
new BPO requests and reaching out clients as well as answering queries.
Additionally, I've been involved in negotiating for higher fees on behalf of
BPO providers.
 
Beyond
these duties, I was involved in the recruitment, hiring, and training of
additional Virtual Assistants (VAs) to complete BPO forms and handle various
routine real estate transactions.
Capabilities
include Customer service relations, competency in windows applications,
knowledgeable with Google tools, proficiency in typing and data entry, leadership
skills and able to multi-task effectively.
