I am a goal-oriented , organized and driven professional who always strives for the better.
I have been working in the BPO industry since I was 17. I worked as a Technical Support Representative for 3 months and 6 months as an Outbound Sales Agent to develop my skills when it comes to sales. I can say that I am best in giving customers' satisfaction with regards to their concerns and inquiries. I am confident and
conversant
in communicating effectively to my customers which is an edge on my end in providing them with the best experience through phone.
I also have background in handling paperwork , setting appointments either through call or email.
I always make sure to finish a given task with the highest quality as possible. I can easily adjust to any kinds of situation and cultures as well. I can work under pressure and open to the idea of learning new skills.I want a stable job so I can continuously develop my skills and contribute my best to the company that I will soon work for.
