My background in BPO has sharpened my ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and confidently handle both inbound and outbound communication, including upselling and client retention.
I am proficient in various tools such as Salesforce, Slack, IEX WFM, and other CRM platforms, and I bring a strong sense of organization, initiative, and reliability to every role I take on.
