Profile Description
My first job was a technical support representative from Teletech Cebu. We troubleshoot problems and educate customers to prevent future problems with regards to their cable services. We also cover billing issues and we also do sales. After 3 months, we were reprofiled into a new project based account and I was a virtual training assistant for home based agents in the US. As a Training assistant, I primarily monitor class and agents status with regards to attendance and performance. I also accomplish documentation forms needed. I assist the trainer on the product training itself.
