Hi! I'm Sheila A. De Vera, a mother of 2 and now living in Calauan Laguna. I'm graduate of Accounting in Letran Calamba and I worked in several companies like San Miguel food Inc, Moneterey farm corp, philipping navy savings and loan practicing my profession.
After giving birth I decided to stop working and take care of the kids and when my youngest reached the age of 1 I decided to take medicala transcription training in MTC Alabang then I worked in Audio Dicta from Aug 2006 up to March 2007. I transcribed audios regarding Cardio, Pulmo, Ortho, Pre-Op/post op and complete PE.
After gaining experience in Audio Dicta I decided to work from home as transcriptionist with an indian provider.
And in January 2008 there is an offer for me to work in an auditing firm on project basis. My position is Junior accountant
and what we do is to audit small cooperatives and Im the one making their
financila reports to be submitted to government agencies like BIR, SEC, COA and also for company presentation.
After that i decided to do business which is a Piggery farm.
We grow pigs and put a small meatshop near the house and we also sell Lechon by order. This business is still existing and handled by my brother and my husband.
At the moment, Im doing telemarketing with experience in inbound and outbound calls, lead generation and appointment setter. I have been into this business for more than 2 yrs now. And im looking for a stable job in line with this work. I have experience calling B2B and B2C. I have knowledge in BatchBook, Craigslists, a little bit of Zendesk, and SAP R3.
SKILLS
• Good in Customer Service and has a good Interpersonal skills.
• Computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
• Good conversationalist in Telephone/Chat/Email.
• Has the ability to multi-tasking and upsell.
• Result-oriented.
• Can balance work with an open mind to learn and accept new challenges.
• Acquired extensive knowledge in medical term, English proficiency and training as Medical Transcriptionist in MTC and has now the ability to type at least 50-55 wpm with 98% accuracy.
I've done telemarketing doing inbound and outbound calls with lead generation campaigns and appointment setter. The attitude, complexity and perseverance performing these jobs will best suits me for this post.
