I worked as a technical support representative for several companies/products, such as internet connection, mobile phones and satellite TV. Working for several years as a technical support, made me computer/internet savvy. I am good with networking and computer troubleshooting. I do video editing sometimes, know how to use FTP and MS Office.
I am very detailed when it comes to work, a fast learner when trained with the product or tools being used with less supervision. And I am looking for a long-term, stable job.
