Profile Description

I am confident to apply for the position of a Customer Service Representative / Chat Support/ Web Researcher and Data Cleanser since I know that I have the qualifications of what it takes for the position. I have an excellent communication skills. I speak English fluently and I am excellent as well in writing and searching the web. I was in the BPO industry for almost 7 years and with 2 years experience of being a Team Leader/Supervisor.  With my years of call center experience I am well trained to handle calls and pressure all at once. I am trained for multitasking jobs. My confidence level is at par with the others. I can work as well with less supervision and willing to undergo training. I am used to shifting schedules and time zones.  Working on a graveyard shift and holidays will not be a problem with me. I decided to be a freelancer and currently looking for a work at home job that would best fit my exceptional skills.
