Profile Description

I had been a data entry encoder for ROPOA (Real and Other Properties Owned or Acquired). My main task was to entry the data for foreclosed and redeemed properties, and chattel mortgages. Also, I was in the BPO industry that provides customer service and technical support to all clients in the US and Canada. I do some sales transactions after troubleshooting their technical problems on their printers and internet connections. I do a lot of documentations after transacting with clients.
I am looking for a part-time job. I have a solid background in customer service, research, and documentation. I am proficient in using MS Word and Excel.
