I've had a decent experience working as a Virtual Assistant for almost 7 months in a Property Management Company. My tasks include inbound and outbound calls, send emails, update CRM, and many more.
I am currently working in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry. I started as a Customer Service Representative then sooner became an expert specialist at the same a trainer (Chat and Email Support). Now I am in a supervisory level managing more then 20 employees. Months of hard work, determination and passion in providing excellent and satisfactory service to our valued customers had put me to such position. I always have this kind of mindset to go beyond what is expected from me.
In addition, I have been exposed in modern technologies/software such as MS Office and other MS Applications, Dropbox, Skype and etc. I am also used to be in a fast-paced working environment from which being attentive and adoptive are really required.
Lastly, considering working in a BPO industry, multitasking and an insurmountable level of pressure is inevitable but I've been able to live up to the challenge and have always ensured measurable results on the tasks at hand.
