- Responsible for abstracting county records for residential properties in multiple Counties
- Responsible for examines chain of Title for Residential properties; Examination of title to real property, ranging in complexity, to determine status and to establish chain of title
- Responsible for performs title examination of complex and/or difficult title orders requiring a moderate level of expertise
- Responsible for review title search reports and their documentation in a timely and thorough manner
