Profile Description

I have been working in BPO company for 6 years a now and doing great about it. My job is to assist customers with the best of my ability to help and resolve their concerns. I am working as a customer service/ Sales and Technical Support. My skills and capabilities to deal and help people were molded through my experiences specifically from the industry. I am currently connected to one of the biggest BPO company in the Philippines and often receives appreciation from my hard work and dedication to my position. My relationship with my Manager, Supervisor and colleagues are absolutely great. We talked and share each others though and ideas that may help improve the common goals of the company. I am an open and transparent person to my superior in terms any job related concern.
I am computer literate person. I am playing online games as well since I was a kid back in high school, and familiar with some productivity software that might be helpful with the job I am applying to. I was in basketball team in high school. I am a team player and know how to drive my teammates into one's goal. I am highly motivated person which only has one goal, success.
