Profile Description

Hi!
I'm a former call center agent who worked for sales and customer service for a travel and hospitality account. I troubleshoot and sell airline, hotel and car rental reservations for a travel agency on my former work.
My previous job required excellent English speaking skills with an American accent and grammar, and excellent formal and non-formal English writing skills.
I was also trained for three weeks for most north american airlines systems(such as US Air, American Air, SouthWest, and some international companies such as Lufthansa, Qatar Air, etc.) and have been commended for learning skills quickly.
I was an active writer for our school publication(The Heights Gazette, Holy Name University), a Boy Scout Leader and a varsity football player in school, so I can juggle work pretty easily.
I can navigate the internet easily and able to work on any Windows PC, Apple and Android devices and have a mid-range skill on using Microsoft Office applications. I can also work around Photoshop as I experiment on it on my free time. I have interests in technology and video games in my free time, but I can work without supervision, in a team or on my own, and I am strict about my work hours.
