Profile Description

Team leading is my top skill. I have been a team leader in the BPO industry for almost 2 years. I coach and mentor my team to excel. As a team leader, I also send written communication to our business partners on-shore. Writing is my passion. I love to write since high school. I am one of the editors of
our school paper. My "Wordpress" website was created in May of 2011, only mid of this year that I used it as my journal. Having been in the BPO industry for almost 6 years, aside from well developed communication skills, I also acquired inter and intra-personal relationships. Customer service is my genre and having a perfect 5 rating in Customer Satisfaction was one of the feathers in my cap.
I also had 5 school year-teaching experience. I taught Psychology to college students and developed classroom management, measurement/assessment.
Since a completed a college degree in Psychology, I also worked as a clinical Psychologist for over 2 years. I am equipped to do in-take interview, administer, score and interpret a battery of
Psychological tests. During this time, my writing skills evolved, from essay and story telling to reporting.
