I have experience in transcribing audio files with different accents such as American, British, and Asian. To be able to submit clean transcript, I use search engine to look up unfamiliar terms, details of the content, provide enough time to go through the audio again and eliminate misheard words or incomplete sentences. I understand that following instructions and using template based on the client's request are necessary to increase my ability in paying attention to details.
