Currently, a Support Desk Specialist Tier 2 of WIC IT Operations, with primary function of Service Delivery, performs deployments of applications and/or files from application developer to the supported systems/servers to ensure changes to the systems/servers are deployed in a controlled manner, and secondary function of Service Support, attends to clients requests related to WIC service offerings, resolves level 1 incidents (low impact and single client affected incidents), to ensure services are restored immediately and business impacts are minimized, and monitors automated alerts that are triggered by the monitoring systems, which are sent as requests or incidents to service support team.
