I worked in Call center for 7 consecutive years and I've undergone several communication skills and technical training. 7 years of call center experience helped me a lot to master my English communication, neutralize my accent, and develop my technical skills such as word processing, programming, and troubleshooting and even be the best in customer service. I also got my self adjusted in working at any point of the day or night because of the shifts during my call center employ..
