Profile Description

I have proficient communication skills that was improved further by my call center experience. Dealing with
clients of different nationalities has helped me know the value of good customer service. I'm also knowledgeable in using MS Office and the internet. I can be an efficient virtual assistant because I am capable of multitasking and organizing different information.I also do have considerable education in finance , accounting and strategic management.In fact , I already am a certified bookkeeper and registered cost accountant.
I'm also very much interested in being an article writer and product researcher. Although I really don't have any experience , I am well-trained in writing several case analyses and descriptive reports during my college years. I am a conscientious person especially in sorting useful information. I have the initiative to finish all my tasks on time,
