Profile Description

My current responsibilities as a Senior Technical Analysts include the following: analysis of users' requirements and documentation of the technical requirements of the business processes through different acquisition methods, which will then be made available to the project management and implementation teams to implement solutions; liaising between the business units, technology teams and support teams and participate in defining technology solutions to solve complex, multidisciplinary business problems with long-term implications; and managing QA testing, and working closely with the support team leader to arrange the support transition. I have used several applications necessary to perform my job and have earned experience in Project Management, Data Analysin, Taleo, Bond Adapt, Active Directory, BMC Remedy, Service Desk, Sharepoint, Lotus Notes and various Operating systems. My ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads and work under pressure have helped me in occasions where my job has demanded a little more than I can manage.
