Profile Description

I am an experienced Customer Service Representative. I've worked as a call center agent for almost 2 years. Skills I have acquired while I'm in this path was communication skills (English proficiency), customer handling, and typing skills.

From BPO industry, I d ---------- to have an experience as an engineer so I applied for the position of SQE/IQC. In the manufacturing field as a Quality Control Engineer I gained some experiences in production, machine handling, ISO documentations, ROHS, and using some inspection tools. Working in this position gave me good view how a company generally works since I was able to coordinate to all the department in that company.

In summary, I can say that my strong Customer Service Skill accompanied by manufacturing experience balanced my perspective on how I see my working environment and how I do my job.
