Profile Description

I have been promoted three times in a span of 1 year and 6 months from the time that i worked as a call center agent in a known company in the Philippines.
I'm good at dealing with irate customers and utilize my time solving their issues from the time that i handle their case. I have a knowledge in Microsoft office and i can easily adapt with the software that will be provided by my employer when I'm working on a specific job. I have a good communication skills and it helped me land jobs easier compared to the other applicants when i apply for work. I have a good command in English which lead me to teach basic English for Koreans for 6 months. I have been receiving good feedback from my employer and my students as well. I would be more than happy to be of service working online for me to be able to utilize my time and still help out with our family business which is Landscaping. If will be hired, I'll make sure to do whatever I can not just as a typical employee, but i will help proactively in building your business.
