I have already been into a lot of real estate processes most especially MLS Listings and BPO filling. I work quickly and efficiently. I work hard and completed task within the time frame. I have 55 words per minute in typing. I am honest, loyal and I always build a good relationship to the employer. Below are my task specialties:
ADMIN TASK
-MLS Virtual Tour, MLS Initial, Reduction/Extension, MLS Updates (Status Change), Uploading Photos and Files, Fill up Seller Info Sheet and listing letter, HOA Research and Set up Emails via Boomerang.
MARKETING TASKS
- Marketing Description, Supply Marketing Photos, Acknowledge Listing Supplement, Weekly Property Inspections, MLS #/MLS Sheet, Confirm Homepath, Weekly Occupancy Status, Initial Inspection, Ready to List Inspection, Ready to Close Inspection, AM Routine Inspection and Centralized Showings Services.
