Plan and organize the company’s accounting system. Direct the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses, that summarize and forecast the organization's financial position. Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions to the General Manager. Reviews internal controls and implement new procedures if necessary to safeguard company assets and to ensure all business transactions are being recorded in proper manner. Monitor and control the flow of cash receipts and disbursements to meet the business and investment needs of the company. Supervise and regulates the functions and activities of finance and general accounting.
