My background includes managing large portfolios of properties and overseeing all aspects of operations, maintenance, inspections, and compliance while ensuring adherence to Fair Housing Laws.
In my previous role, I successfully managed 150 doors, taking responsibility for tenant relations, property maintenance, compliance, and vendor coordination. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge of Section 8 housing, including tenant onboarding, Section 8 inspections, turnover processes, certification and recertification, and coordinating with case managers. I am confident that my experience in this area will be an asset in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for your team.
I am also highly proficient in using Appfolio, as well as other property management tools.
