Profile Description

My first job was as a Customer Service Representative for HSBC Electronic Data Processing Philippines. My duties were: credit card activation, credit card cancellation, respond to billing inquiries, update customer information, selling of credit card protection services and products.
My second job was as an Account Executive and Media Planner for Mertz Advertising & Marketing, Inc. My duties were: conceptualization of advertising campaigns, present advertising concepts to clients, brainstorm with the creative for advertising concepts, meet with account executives of newspapers, TV networks, radio stations and other media suppliers to negotiate cost-effective media placements.
During my free time, I also do content writing, data entry, web research and transcription jobs.
I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Docs, Skype and Dropbox. I have excellent communication skills, can meet deadlines and can work in a team or independently. I am also willing to be trained, a fast learner, trustworthy and reliable.
I am looking for a long-term and stable job where my skills and knowledge can can be utilized to contribute in the growth of a company.
