Profile Description

Hi! My name is Edna Dormitorio. I am 38 years old. Married and a mother to one son only. I graduated college for over 18 years now with a degree in Business Administration. I have over 10 years experience in sales and marketing in various industries, specifically Pharmaceutical, Airport, Hotel, Export of Fashion accessories, Food & Catering Services and Insurance. I have 5 solid years of work experience at Bristol Myers Squibb (Phil) Inc., as a Territory Sales Manager. I handled top of the line Antibiotics and Hypertension drugs. I was a consistent Year To Date sales performer, bringing an average sales of $1-M per year. After the recession in the US last 2008, the company decided to stop its business operation here in the Philippines. Though I have worked in other industries also but I decided to start my own Food and Catering business with part time Insurance business on the side.
Because effective communication is an essential tool in sales and marketing, I can say that my skill in this aspect is excellent. The same skill has helped me excel as one of the team managers in a Catholic Christian organization, handling members with proficiencies in documentation, video production, social media and marketing.
My knowledge in online marketing is above average, as i am in-charge of managing the organization's official Facebook page, including the creation of social media policies. At the same time, I handle any offline marketing concerns.
I believe my experience in dealing with all sorts of individuals, combined with my work experience, will prove useful in fulfilling key responsibilities required for this job, specifically overseeing daily operations and communicating regularly with contractors and consultants.
I am a full time housewife now. I am available to work anytime. That's why I am perfectly sure that the kind of job that I am most inclined to doing right now is to be a Virtual Assistant, may it be in the field of Marketing or Administration.
