• Proactively engages and supports user groups, including sales and sales operations, client services, finance, legal, and delivery teams to resolve data and system issues, as well as to seeks requirements to improve workflows and functionality
• Gathers and analyses requirements from users then translates and articulates business requirements into technical specifications
• Delivers Proof of Concepts to support new requirements
• Designs and implements new processes and system enhancements, including modifying Salesforce.com and other databases to support the modification
• Tests, deploys and provides post-launch support of new functionality and ensures business needs are met and delivered in accordance with business specifications
