My previous work experience
is more about on office/clerical works.
I have also an experience on customer sales and customer service. Answering telephone calls from customers,how to handle them when they are upset especially when the items they bought from us was defective, even the way they threat me I can still manage myself on how to be calm so the caller will be enlighten and calm down also.
Microsoft applications if you ask me, I have also the knowledge and skills i am very much welcome and open for other ways and means on how to improve my skills and very much willing to share my knowledge. I am an Internet savvy.
