Hi. I am Jomer Tabafa, 20 yrs. old, a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in English at West Visayas State University here in Iloilo, Philippines. I saw your job advertisement online and I am interested to apply in one of the job offers you have here. I have been teaching English online to Koreans ages ranging from toddlers to adults for over 4 years during my college until now. I have also taught in the foreign language center in our university. I specialize in conversational English, grammar, vocabulary and other areas of English. I have honed my American accent through consistent practice. Having been exposed to teaching environment for quite a long time, I have become familiar of the learning needs of my students and employed various approaches that made my teaching further effective. I have jolly and bright personality that could engage students interest in their learning. I am good in building rapport with my students, making them feel at ease and confident about themselves in learning and speaking English.
Given that I have gained valuable experience as a part-time tutor, I believe that I can be of best service in your company and I have the appropriate skills to work with you.
I'm also into writing and it serves as my channel for self-expression.
I'm currently teaching at STI College here in Iloilo but I'm also willing to land online jobs.
