Profile Description

I am Jovy Mendoza, 36 years old, married with two kids. I completed my bachelor's degree in IT way back 2004 at AMA University. My first job experienced was at Intel Technology, one of the leading a semiconductor company here in the Philippines. Over 5 years working as a technician, I decided to shift
my career, I started my BPO experience in the year 2008 at Teleperformance which I became a technical support representative. I also had experience supporting clients from US, Canada and Australia with a different campaign. We troubleshoot and help clients with their difficulties with
hardware, software, ISP (internet service provider) and networking businesses. We also make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our products or services. I left my Job and made a decision
to be a full-time mother. after a year of rest, I started to look for a job online. My first job as a VA is a tough one, we supported 3 websites that came from starting line. I act as an SEO and do Online Marketing as well. The project lasted for 3 months.
