I have been working in the call center industry for quite a bit now. Probably 5-6 years with different companies. Be it a small company or big bpo company. I have also worked as an outbound customer / sales representative. I can work well with minimal supervision and can easily understand simple instructions. I can rate myself from 1-10 with a scale of 10 the highest, 8 for Microsoft excel or word. I want a long and stable job at the same time can just work at home. I am a very optimistic person and I can easily adapt to changes as well as manage pressure or stress easily. I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant position that would enable and give me more added experience in this bpo industry. Working as a Virtual assistant would be a new experience to me and I would be very happy if I get hired by your prestigious company.
