I am currently employed as a public school teacher. I have been in the customer service industry for almost seven years. Customer satisfaction is my goal. I do have experience in technical support team by trouble shooting internet connection and e-mail configuration. I also do have sales skills through upselling, downsell and retention. I had experienced being a Subject Matter Expert where I do a one on one and team coaching/training, doing team huddles and assist trainers during a-bay session. I have also experienced being an assistant team leader where I also do tasks of a Team Leader. I am familiar with MS Word, Excel and Power point. I had also done data encoding and had done telemarketing tasks. I am motivated and positive person. I like to work in a team base environment and can also do task myself with less supervision. I want a long term job where I can hone my skills, expertise and share my contribute to the best that I can.
