My experience working in a call center has equipped me with technical knowledge and leadership skills. I've been to a lot of trainings supporting Linksys, Cisco and Belkin devices. My primary role is to assist customer get there internet up and running in no time. I've also worked with computers and other networking devices, optimizing computers for better performance. I am open to new ideas and information to sharpen my skills. I can work on my own or with a team, i can be self directed, and find out the necessary things need to complete the task given to me.
