Profile Description

I worked as a learning specialist, team lead and QA engineer in various companies. Tasks included were to train employees, motivate teams to hit aspired goals, quality monitoring for technical, sales and customer service accounts.

Most of the time, I take calls and answer emails to ensure that I am at the lead of the product that I am handling. I also use several applications to track products and collate information for analysis as to what support flow should be followed to address CSAT or quality concerns or mainly anything that my client wants.

Being used to handling product specifics, I know for sure the importance of gathering significant information to create good reports for the business. This would definitely help the company serve customer/consumers through their products while having a good line of support.

I understand that many of the clients here need help to ensure that their business would flow smoothly. With this said, I am very much willing to share the experience I have acquired to improve yours too. I'm open to any exams or interviews you'd like me to take if you feel that I am qualified for the job you offer.
