Profile Description

Working in the BPO industry for several years has honed my skills in terms of marketing and handling people. I've been into sales, finances, customer support, and technical support to name a few. I ventured into both voice and non-voice accounts and have done both chat and email marketing and support. I am also a registered nurse by profession with a noted 3 years of hospital experience in the medical and surgical intensive care department. Working in these fast-paced and demanding work environment has developed me into a flexible and a goal-driven person. I also have a good background in journalism. Writing, as one of my favorite pastimes, has made me an article contributor of a local newspaper and the news and feature editor of our official school paper.
