Profile Description

I'am working as a call center agent in one of the BPO companies, but I'am a licensed teacher and do have already a teaching experienced but I have to wait to be regularized so, while waiting I need to find some other work not to waste my time. Now I was promoted as one of the supervisors group, we're doing much heavy works compare with agents, the issues that cannot be solved by the representative will be transfer to us, and we're taking care of irate customers also.
During my teaching life, it was really an unforgettable days, weeks and months spending my whole time with my students with the whole class. It is really a tiring and a stressful work. Lot of paper works and reports to be done but may fulfill your feelings if you see your students excelling. As teacher you need to find ways enable for your students to understand your everyday lessons.
