Profile Description

I began as a contributing writer for my school paper, then after College I became an internet cafe administrator and forum moderator for Digital Media Exchange (Mobius) Inc., a gaming company in the Philippines. I together with the rest of my team handle all main forum issues and in-game reports. A year or so after this, I switched industries to business outsourcing under Sutherland Global Services, where I work up to the present day. My forte lies in customer service and report analysis, handling customer data and internal reports for the client we work for. Before I got a full time job, I was also an active blogger and have my own blogs online with Blogger and Multiply. I have also worked on Wordpress while I was a contributing writer for a gaming blog.
I am very proficient in MS Word, Excel and average in handling MS PowerPoint. Due to the nature of my work (chat support), my typing skills have also been honed in both my accuracy and speed. I tried my hand at Adobe Photoshop and know basic troubleshooting plus HTML for use in website building. I also have experience in handling the Invision forum interface.
