Profile Description

I have been an Antivirus Specialist in Hp Philippines for almost 2 years and I have been receiving awards such as "HP Innovators Philippines" "Passion For Customer" "Teamwork" "Will To Win" awards from HP. Aside from these awards and technical recognitions.
The antivirus technologies that we handle to support the enterprise of the customer are Symantec, Windows, McAfee and Trend Micro.
I am hardworking, flexible, can do multi tasking, has good communication skills, accountable, and determined.
I completed the ITIL V3 certification last year and it was my 1st ever certification here in HP which refers to the IT process in the service management and business process. Gradually I grew as an employee here in HP my leadership skills, initiative, independent, and good team player has been developed.
I can build my own server using VMWARE, test and sample the virus infecting a server using a testing environment, identify malware threats, and security management in the workplace.
I'm also good in advance database scripting(mysql, mssql and oracle technology), producing crystal reports using MS EXCEL. I learned these from my former internship office which is Golden arches development corporation or also known as MCDonalds Philippines in makati citibank center.
I was a technical support and customer representative for the HP account when I was in Sitel Philippines. I was able to sell printers and notebook, and carepacks for the warranty of the products.
Planning to take MBA next year january 2015 if i pass the exam and interview for this month then I will take this in DLSU or in ADMU.
I can work fast pace and I am much willing to work with sincerity and honesty. I am willing to learn those works you want me to do. I can write articles, research, business related works, powerpoint, excel, advertisements,videos and etc. I can also be your assistant or secretary.
