Profile Description

I am experienced in Project Management with Agile methodologies particularly Scrum. I've been using tools such as Trello, Pivotal Tracker and JIRA. I can develop a specifications document using typical agile modeling, lead sprint planning from a specifications document, define acceptance criteria, manage teams remotely, implement internal user acceptance testing and facilitate client's user acceptance testing. I often work with a technical lead, who sorts out technical issues of the team. Sometimes I approximate the functions of a Product Owner. I also do client communication. Related tasks I can do in a project include developing task-based user documentation and user training whether in-person or via Google Hangout/Skype.
I've been developing Wordpress websites since 2006 though mostly for non-profits. I have access to a backend developer and graphics designer.
I have experience writing ICT project proposals, concept notes, issue briefs and service-level agreements. Also open to writing tasks on ICT and related topics.
