Profile Description

I currently working as Senior Healthcare Research Consultant with experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management both internal and external hospital operations. I worked with certain population health management clients such as GE Healthcare, Wellcentive, and API Healthcare. The key markets are physician enterprises, healthcare technology and FQHC/ Community health. The strategy is to business to scale up hospitals and clinics for larger healthcare demand through research.
I previously held the position of a Team Manager under Apria Healthcare. The area of specialty is on Durable Medical Equipment. The role requires clinical mastery in prior authorization by reviewing sleep study, for Medicare-approved Continuous Positive Airway Pressure CPAP qualification for reimbursement. I handle 15 nurses who are highly skilled, both technical and clinical. I previous worked in Cigna Health spring as prior authorization review nurse under Hinduja Global Solution. I function as Team Leader for a Pediatric Campaign. I previously held the position of Provider Service UMR (PPO) under the UnitedHealth Group providing claims, benefits and predetermination coverage among healthcare providers in the hospital.
I am currently taking up Master’s Degree of Arts Nursing with major in Gerontology, minor in Nursing Administration (thesis program).
