Profile Description

Summarily I have worked as private tutor (all subjects with major in English) for 4 years handling students in the secondary levels. When I had the opportunity to work in a multi-national semiconductor company for 17 years, I was able to learn and become experts in the field of logistics and shipping, to include mastery in warehousing operations, inventory management and customer services. During my term, I also handled direct work development and skills training for more than 200 personnel under my department. Likewise, the hiring and recruitment, including
human resource functions has been handed down to me as I totally handled and managed the satellite warehouse and shipping department of said company for more than ten (10) years. My skills in business process making, product quality assessment, quality systems assurance, total warehousing operations was also enhanced. I also perform direct employee counselling, training, performance and promotions review. During my term of work in a semiconductor company, I was able to travel to different multi-national companies in other countries, perform bench marking, setting-up satellite operations and resolving some manufacturing, production,warehouse and other system problems and issues.
