I began my career in Customer Service a few years ago, I was drawn to assisting people and dealing with their concerns. I’ve always been skilled at making people's life easier and working towards helping the company's success. My experience successfully assisting customers led me to consider customer service employment, and I’ve been building a career as a driven customer service representative for the last three years.

I have expertise in Data Entry and Product Researching. Finding profitable products that have low competition, healthy profit margins and are simple to manufacture. For my research I use web applications, additional Chrome extensions as well as many other tools.

I worked as a Talent Director for Barbizon NYC. I am well trained to book appointments for aspiring talents for modeling, singing, dancing, and acting. Reaching target numbers of booked appointments and talent shows is my goal each time and so far I always exceed  what I am expected to reach. 

I am currently a Guest Support in Tangerine Sunsets a property management company operating in the Bahamas. My main task is to address guest's inquiries and arrange guest's special requests and concern (issues) during their stay. Manage property calendar, program automated door locks, payment collection, and prepping guests before arrival and monitoring them during their stays. We manage our property listing across booking sites such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Tripadvisor, and some direct bookings.
