I have developed different skills set over the years that I was working since 2009 and have experienced different writing challenges in my work and in my extra curricular activities. I have above average skills in communicating and writing in the English language.
I have keen eye to details. I am open in learning new things for the coming projects. I take pressure and stress as a challenge. I can easily adapt to new environment. I am a fast-learner and I understand that efficiency is important I also know how everything must be done and submitted on a well researched fashion.
Work experiences:
Level 2 Support Manager:
I worked for an international IT company and supported it's systems requiring constant communication with all global clients involve as well as internal communications for system support. Adopting to different versions of language of users to support team is the most developed skill in this area.
IT Consultant:
I worked for an IT Consultant whose main role is implementation of IT systems. Major skills required for the job was to be able to get accurate business requirements from key users and translate them into technical language and implement the system as per requirement. Communication skill is key in correctly getting the requirements as well as implementation of system which involves numerous IT consultants from different modules.
Network Marketing team Leader:
Was involved for 2 years with a network marketing companies leading a team up to a 100 people at time. simultaneous and careful communications is a requirement through different platforms such as facebook, twitter, email and even via text messaging. individualization of style of communication is also a factor when it comes to leading people or selling different products to people.
Campus Journalist:
Campus journalist for 4 years writing on different articles focused mostly on feature articles. Research is a must regarding the articles and regarding the interviewee(if needed). Ability to draw new contacts and create content from different sources maybe the internet, books or people is a learned ability.
