I worked as an IT specialist at SuiteRx, a healthcare and IT industry which clients are Pharmacies base in the US. My jobs are to provides client support and technical issues resolution via email, phone, citrix and logmein or any remote software. I troubleshoots system and network problems. Supports the roll-out of new applications used by the pharmacy. I'm the one responsible in any design concern for the Pharmacy like Labels, Reports, Medical Administration Records, Physician Order, Treatment Administration Record , Fax, Refill Request and other Pharmacy Forms using SQL language.
I'm also an expert with Adobe Photoshop. I do graphic and logo design for the Pharmacy logo and other graphic issues. I know how to used Adobe InDesign and Corel Draw for lay-outing a magazines, tabloids and other book. I want to work as an online Data entry, support personnel or graphic designer online. I own a computer so I can work at home.
