Profile Description

I worked as a Customer Relationship Officer in an automotive dealership for several brands. With that experience I have developed an exceptional skill with "customer service". I managed to deal with different types of customers, and handle their concerns (if there are any), and make sure that they will be completely satisfied w/ my service. I have dealt with different customer demands at different levels, and I would say it was never easy but I treat this as a challenge that I need to conquer, and once I have succeeded this challenge, it's another fulfilling satisfaction for me and to my experience. With that I know how to face it the next time. I personally assist customers to the best effort that I can to deliver satisfaction, it gives a different experience to customers if it's personalized. They felt special and with this kind of experience there will be repeat customers and a good advertisement that they will gonna tell their friends.
