Below is a brief description of myself and my work experiences.
I have been an outbound call center agent for 2 years and a half doing telemarketing and appointment setting. I have been top appointment setter and a Team Coach supervising 8 people under my wings.
I also have been an Executive Assistant to an American Business Consultant doing cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, calendar and schedule handling, customer service, client correspondence, email response, database updating and market research.
I also have been an Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Representative in an online school for more than 2 years. I process and validate the students’ requirements for them to get their cards. I take care of the student’s queries, resolve complaints both through and email and phone. I also process payments when requested.
Overall supervising, card processing, payment processing, approving, bookkeeping and sending reports.
Right now I am working from home with my own laptop and high speed internet with at least 2mbps good enough to make international calls. I am English proficient both written and verbal. Self-driven, motivated and can work with less supervision. I am good at organizing workload, filing and document control and most administrative tasks. I am computer literate and Microsoft proficient. And I have great customer service skills. I am available to work 40 hours/week.
