I am a qualified Virtual Assistant, having worked with clients from Australian based financial advising company. I can managed and finished any tasks before deadlines with less supervision. I am a key player that has a good background with Virtual assistant tools, Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook email.
I have a also worked as a Customer service representative for Microsoft support, where I developed my skills to be patient and always find ways to attain a resolution which is beneficial not only to the customer but to the company.
As a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, I also worked in the field of Accounting for more than 10 years which 5 years of it is working abroad. I have a solid background with accounting works such as Account Receivables and Account Payables, Bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, Inventory control and Payroll.
